On April 29, 2010 Starmind and Kowaku.ch agreed on a formal collaboration. Kowaku stands for Ko = Koch (Nicole Koch), Wa = Walser (Daniel Walser) and KU = Kommunikations Unternehmung. Also, kowaku is Japanese and stands for „fascination“. Nicole Koch and Daniel Walser’s Kowaku were selected among various candidates to boost Starmind’s visual and graphical content. Kowaku has an impressive track record not only in graphic design, illustrations and 3D-visualizations but also in motion graphics and webdesign.
The collaboration was closed for a pilot period with the option for extension. “I really like Kowaku’s flavor, their way of interaction with customers, their creativity as well as their really impressive track record. 
Their geographical proximity to the Starmind headquarter in Meilen, Zürich, only confirmed that we have found an excellent partner complementing and strengthening Starmind. I am very much looking forward to the first design and illustration drafts we have concepted together.”
